Chat with a nearby scientist and get all necessary info about the reagent or equipment that you need. They will tell you about any T and Cs.
CHAT UPStep 3: Receive
Pay delivery fee and sender will post the reagent to you. Or you could also collect it over a coffee chat. If it's an equipment, book time slot and be nice.
